Nichelle began her career with Encompass Financial Services in September 2019. Nichelle has 14 years in the Finance industry and holds Cert IV in Financial Services and a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking.

Nichelle has vast experience with a range of Lenders and their products, and is committed to breaking down the Bank jargon to help you understand your loan options.

Nichelle assists Steve in managing the Finance department by providing a comprehensive administrative, client liaison and compliance role.
